The hybrid program revolved around four themes: 1) Responsible Leadership, 2) System Thinking, 3) Impact Measurement and 4) Storytelling and Community Engagement. The sessions where hosted by our partners – The School of System Change, GEHL, and Civocracy – as well as the BMW Foundation team. Moreover, we offered virtual masterclasses on the four RISE dimensions, which were hosted by outstanding experts and members of the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network, such as Charles Landry, Thomas Ermacora, Geoff Mulgan, Kaisa Schmidt-Thomé, Tommi Laitio, and Simon Höher. Additionally, all Fellows had the opportunity to book individual coaching and mentoring.
