The RISE Cities Fellowship is a hybrid leadership program for 12 cross-sectoral tandems from European cities. The program aims to inspire Responsible Leadership and accelerate the tandem projects through immersive sessions, workshops and masterclasses as well as online coaching and mentoring by outstanding urban experts and members of the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network.

Curriculum

Our four-month online curriculum consists of four modules, each of them dedicated to one of our four RISE dimensions: resilient, intelligent, sustainable and equitable.

Each module is composed of three parts: the RISE Dimension Journey, the Responsible Leadership Journey and the Project Journey. Additionally we offer individual coaching and mentoring for each tandem.
